Returns

We will not accept returns on Closeout Items.  We make every effort to accurately photograph the products, and all Closeout sales are final.

All other items can be returned for store credit for any reason within 14 days of delivery date, after you have contacted us for return authorization.  Exchanges and refunds are only offered for defective products.  We will not accept broken or partially used strands.  If you wish to return something, please email us with the following information:

Invoice Number
Item(s) and Quantity you wish to return
Reason for return

Please wait for us to respond to your email.  You may also call us for a return authorization, at 704-332-3860.  Returns received without contacting us first will not be processed.
