| Do you have a print catalog? | |
| No, we do not have a print catalog. Our vast inventory changes frequently as we try to stay current with the latest products, so it is nearly impossible to keep an updated catalog. You can, however, view some of our products online by clicking on our Products page. Registration is required for the main catalog, but you can check out our new arrivals and get information on current promotions. We also regularly send out mailers to introduce new products and to announce special promotions. To sign up, please go to our Mailing List page. |

| We strive to be your one-stop-shop for all your wholesale bead needs. Currently, our product line includes semi-precious gemstones, glass beads direct from our factory in China, Czech glass beads in a wide range of beautiful styles, and African metal (brass, copper, and silver) beads. We also carry a nice selection of bone, horn, coral, and pearl beads. | |
| How do I order from Beads Forever? | |
| Since we are a wholesaler, you need to be a business or licensed reseller to purchase from us. For more information about purchasing from us, please visit our How To Order page. | |
| What kind of wholesale price break will I get? | |
| The products you see on this website are listed with a suggested retail price. The wholesale pricing for our customers is 50% to 75% off the retail price. We also have close-out items and special deals for an even greater discount, up to 95% off retail. Contact one of our sales representatives today for a price quote. | |
| Can I visit your showroom to make a purchase? | |
| Absolutely! You will need to make an appointment first, and there is a $250 minimum purchase. For new customers, you will also need to bring along a copy of your resale license (sales and use tax permit). Please contact us for more information. | |
| How often do you get new items? | |
| We get new inventory monthly, so let your sales representative know if you have particular items you're looking for. They will be happy to contact you as we get new products, even set items aside that they know you will like. | |
| Do you only ship with UPS? | |
| UPS Ground is our main method of shipping, but if you have an account with another shipper and prefer to use them instead, we can make other arrangements. We can also expedite your order with faster rates at your request -- just let us know! | |
| How long are your bead strands? | |
| Most of our semi-precious gemstone beads come in 16-inch strands, but we also have some in 8-inch strands. Our glass strands are 8-10 inches. All strands are tagged with the description and suggested retail price, making it easy for you resell them to your customers. | |
| When is your next bead show? | |
| Although Beads Forever has participated in shows in the past, we are currently focusing on direct orders from our Berkeley showroom and have no plans to exhibit in a show anytime in the near future. | |
